1. We refer to the above matters and our previous notifications. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notifications.

2. Please be informed that the Recognition Applications have been fixed for a hearing before the Honourable Justice Vinodh Coomaraswamy on 20 November 2023 at 2.30pm, at Chamber 6A of the Supreme Court of Singapore. The Court has also directed that (i) one set of submissions is to be tendered for the Recognition Applications and limited to 40 pages, and (ii) the said submissions and bundle of authorities is to be e-filed and tendered to Court by 14 November 2023, 4pm.

3. The case conference originally scheduled for 7 November 2023 has been vacated.

1. If you wish to attend or instruct lawyers to attend the hearing on 20 November 2023, please email Oon & Bazul LLP at restructuring.team@oonbazul.com by no later than 14 November 2023, 4pm with the following information:

a.       the name(s) of the person(s) or lawyer(s) attending the hearing;

b.       the full name of the party that the person or lawyer is representing; and

c.       whether the said party is supporting, opposing or not taking any position on the Recognition Applications.
